One of the features of the webcam software I am (was) using is to save each image into a Quicktime movie and make a time lapse video for the day. This turned out better than I expected.

  whatsup with the "Docked and charging" screenshot that pops up every once in a while?

    I wondered that too... The docked and charging image is what shows up when the lawnbott first person cam isn't on.
    
    Well, I looked at the archive video from Sunday when I had that cam running at the same time as the yard cam... apparently the software was archiving both cams into the same movie file! What a mess. I'm fixing that now.
    
    The 9V battery powering the other camera died Sunday night so it wasn't running at all yesterday... except for a couple of frames where I was trying to make it work and I guess it triggerd an upload of the 'offline image'.
